Caroline Thomason is a registered dietitian and diabetes educator with a passion for helping people develop a healthy, balanced relationship with food.
In her private practice, she primarily works with women who want to break free from dieting and embrace mindful eating. With expertise in managing all types of diabetes—including Type 1, Type 2, gestational, and LADA—Caroline also specializes in diabetes technology, such as continuous glucose monitors and insulin pumps.
Now, she brings her knowledge of nutrition and food to Wendy’s Menu, crafting insightful content about Wendy’s menu items, nutrition facts, and meal options.
